Doing something everyday to keep your Care tank chock-full is vital

Warning – When you don’t have boundaries in place

Caring for another person can become stressful and a burden

Now is the time to put the right steps in place in every area of your life.

Social – Sharing

Emotional – Time  

Physical – Space 

Psychological – Endurance

Financial – Investment

Caring – Commitment

Taking time for you helps balance and helps centre you.

Taking time off every week, just for you is necessary.

Taking time for a holiday each year is important to remember.

You have essential skills, which have prepared you for this time of giving.

You are Amazing, You Contribute & Add Value!

Memorize  to Honour, Love & Respect You!

Remember stability – strength & steadiness

Remember constancy – loyalty & reliability

Remember dependability – trustworthiness & faithfulness

Remember you were created to be you!
