5 Minutes to Save a Life

You are putting air in your car tyre…

You are on your way to taking your Loved One to a Doctor’s visit.

You have left a little earlier to get to the appointment,

Because you needed fuel to get home.

So you stopped at the local service station.

Walking around your car, you look down and check the tyres.

You notice one tyre looks a little low!

You realise if you fill it now,

It will only take a few minutes to fix.

So you drive over to the air gauge to fill the tyre to optimum level.

You pay for your fuel and you are on the road again.

Thinking back…

You realise you have saved a possible tyre blowout

Risking your life and your loved ones life from a possible car accident.

So in less then 5 minutes you took to pump up your tyre,

You could have saved your life & your Loved One’s life!

Remember when you care for the caregiver today, it doesn’t have to take a long time.

What have you done for You today?

Think of one less then 5 minute activity you can do just for you today!

Create a great day!
